TESTIMONIALS

See what others have to say:

“This by far was the most helpful experience ever! Worth every penny and believe me, it’s nowhere near the cost of other companies… I was quoted $500 for one 45 minute call.”

Allison S.

My resume was so bland and outdated. I had way too much on one page! My experience working with Sydney was amazing! I have had many school districts comment on how unique my resume is. I have gotten more interviews now, more than ever. The brochure Sydney recommends is definitely worth it! I was hesitant at first, but it has been the main reason I got noticed and got through to interview portions. I have recommended this service to others, as well! This coaching course is a must! I wish I would have had this when I first graduated college!

“After working with Sydney, I was offered 3 separate positions from districts where I had no previous connections!”

Caris R.

I was able to accept a position in a quickly growing district in Washington. I felt so confident and at ease after working with Sydney. The coaching was exactly what I needed! We went through some mock questions and Sydney celebrated some responses while providing constructive criticism on others. I felt like she informed me on how to highlight my uniqueness and gave me the confidence to feel 100% authentic when answering interview questions.

I truly believe that finding her course saved my life and other people who feel lost in the process. After I joined TFH, I have had 0 worries about resumes and interviews.

I struggle with social anxiety and tend to ramble when I’m under pressure from the nerves of an interview. During the mock interview, Sydney helped walk me through questions when I couldn’t think of the right thing to say. Sydney recognized what was causing my nerves. I’m so thankful she had additional documents to help me prepare, rehearse, and become familiar with questions. I felt 150% more confident! At my very first formal interview, the principal couldn’t believe this was my first and only I had done so far! Because of how prepared I was from Sydney’s mock interview and the additional questions she supplied me with, I got through with little to no hiccups and even got the job! I am truly so thankful to have worked with Sydney on my interviews after weeks of stressing feeling like I wasn’t going to get hired!

I have truly been blown away from everything I have learned from the course!

I was unsure of whether to enroll in the TFH course. As a student teacher and upon careful consideration and talking it over with Sydney on if she thought it would be beneficial, I realized that I had lots that I could prepare on early to “beat the rush” and not be stressed while student teaching and applying for jobs. I’ve already worked through over half of the course and have been on several of the calls. Throughout the course, I am learning so much. It’s common to Google good cover letters or good resumes before interviews but those never apply to teachers so it’s been crazy to get advice on actual teacher cover letters, resumes and so much more. In the coaching calls, I have been blown away! Sydney will review whatever you want her to over resumes, cover letters or teacher brochures. She will help with any generic questions as well. In the interview coaching calls, I have gotten to get over nerves and get instant feedback on my answer to common questions asked in an interview. Sydney is always willing to help and always willing to answer questions even not during coaching calls! This has been an amazing investment that will have unmatched returns!

There is no doubt that working with Sydney helped me succeed in my interviews!

I got my dream job in Kindergarten in a small rural school! I was VERY nervous for my interviews mainly because I didn’t know what to expect. I had a list of questions, but wasn’t confident I knew how to answer them correctly. Working with Sydney was fantastic! I liked that it was similar to a real experience that gave me the confidence going forward. It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulder. I was able to take her advice and practice my interview answers more effectively and efficiently. Honestly, if you're on the fence about working with Sydney, I strongly suggest doing it. You’ll be glad you did!

I learned so much working with Sydney on my resume and interview! Where do I begin???

Katie R.

I honestly had no idea what I was doing in interviews and my resume was very disorganized and all over the place. In interviews, I would blackout and stumble on my words. Sydney was always so kind but super honest! She had such good resume advice and it looked and sounded so much betterI I got so many compliments! From my improved resume, I got called for 6 interviews. Sydney taught me and gave me strategies on how to stay on topic to give my best answers in interviews. After her help, it was like a 180! I was confident and the interview committees were always intrigued and wanted to hear more. They were impressed with my knowledge. I have to say thank you to Sydney as she helped me arrange my knowledge into intellectual answers. And you bet your bottom I got a job! The interview process was so positive and amazing!

For the first time, I left my interviews feeling like I made a strong, lasting impression. I felt proud of myself and confident.

Cat D.

I went through multiple rounds of interviews in two different districts and was offered a position in both towns! Before working with Sydney, interviewing was always very stressful. I was filled with a lot of anxiety and self-doubt. I would leave an interview and realize I should’ve said something else. In short, I was struggling and felt discouraged in my job search. It was so great getting objective feedback from Sydney. I have practiced with other teacher friends and coworkers, and it is not the same! Sydney is very professional, thorough, and kind. I felt 100x more confident and prepared to interview. I used what Sydney taught me to really showcase myself as a teacher with only one year of experience.

As a second career teacher looking for my 1st job, I had no idea what to expect. I was so nervous!

Meagan O.

I knew teaching positions in my area were highly sought after, and that I would have to be super prepared if I wanted to be considered for my top choice schools. I googled “teacher interview question list” but was overwhelmed at how many questions I thought I had to memorize answers to. When I came across Sydney’s coaching, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to practice interviews before the “real thing.” I was right! The coaching call with Sydney was great! Since she has been on interview panels before, she was able to recommend better ways to phrase my answers, and some new points to consider. She even suggested a few instructional strategies for me to look into! I could tell she is passionate about what she does and truly cares about teachers’ success. While I was driving home from my interview at a school I thought would be an excellent fit for me, the administrator called and offered me the position! I accepted, of course!
