I was unsure of whether to enroll in the TFH course. As a student teacher and upon careful consideration and talking it over with Sydney on if she thought it would be beneficial, I realized that I had lots that I could prepare on early to “beat the rush” and not be stressed while student teaching and applying for jobs. I’ve already worked through over half of the course and have been on several of the calls. Throughout the course, I am learning so much. It’s common to Google good cover letters or good resumes before interviews but those never apply to teachers so it’s been crazy to get advice on actual teacher cover letters, resumes and so much more. In the coaching calls, I have been blown away! Sydney will review whatever you want her to over resumes, cover letters or teacher brochures. She will help with any generic questions as well. In the interview coaching calls, I have gotten to get over nerves and get instant feedback on my answer to common questions asked in an interview. Sydney is always willing to help and always willing to answer questions even not during coaching calls! This has been an amazing investment that will have unmatched returns!

I got my dream job in Kindergarten in a small rural school! I was VERY nervous for my interviews mainly because I didn’t know what to expect. I honestly had no idea what I was doing in interviews and my resume was very disorganized and all over the place. In interviews, I would blackout and stumble on my words. I knew teaching positions in my area were highly sought after, and that I would have to be super prepared if I wanted to be considered for my top choice schools.
